Staying fit is hard enough at the best of times. It must be extremely difficult for migraine sufferers.
I tried to stay fit sometimes it works othertimes it does not. Having some downtime also helps.

I used to have a lot of migraine attacks when I was younger, but now, it has been not been that often. My most common triggers are bright lights and a sudden loud noise. Since I started exercising (walking and swimming), I noticed that the frequency of my migraine headaches have been reduced. I guess staying fit does help a lot.
I agree. I exercised a lot recently and found my migraine frequently has been larged reduced too. Lights and noise are definitely common triggers.
I get migraines all the time. I have not thought of the tips you have suggested. I will start something slow to get back into the swing of exercising even though I have a migraine.

My daughter suffers from terrible migraines! I’ve never had one but she even had to go to the hospital once cuz it was so bad!! Exercise helps her too!
