I am pretty healthy, but I want to be at the top of my game mentally & physically
I want to set up a corporate wellness program at my office.
Diet has helped a little so far, but I think there is more going on. I am sick and tired of feeling sick and tired.
I know I need to avoid gluten, dairy or other food sensitivities, BUT it is hard and I need help making that happen (meal planning, lifestyle strategies, etc).
I like to learn online at my own pace.
I’d like to know more about live events that are open to the public and possibly even be interested in collaborating on a future event.
